Darren has spent over 25 years running and managing some of Cornwall’s best kitchens, but RAD Catering was born from his own wedding!
He catered it himself in a marquee overlooking the Cornish sea. It was madness with 180 guests, but it was where he realised how much he loved the style of events, the freedom, the atmosphere, and the buzz of creating incredible food in fabulous venues to the most remote spaces.
